FAQ
Common questions
Do you have a minimum order value?
There is no minimum to request a quotation. Individual products carry a minimum order quantity - shown on each product card - because they are priced at trade rates. For mixed orders we work to an overall order value instead, which we will confirm when we quote.
Do you deliver outside Navi Mumbai?
Yes. We are based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai and deliver across Mumbai, Thane, Pune and Raigad directly, and to the rest of India through transport partners. Freight is quoted separately for outstation orders.
Can you fabricate stainless steel to our kitchen's dimensions?
Yes. Work tables, sinks, racks, exhaust hoods and shelving are made to your measurements in SS 202 or SS 304. Send dimensions or a layout and we will quote against it.
Can packaging be printed with our brand?
Yes. Containers, boxes, cups, sleeves and carry bags can be printed with your logo in one to four colours. Typical lead time is 10 to 14 days from artwork approval, and minimum quantities apply per item.
What are the payment terms?
First orders are on advance payment. Credit terms can be discussed for repeat accounts and multi-outlet operators after a few completed orders. Full terms are on our Terms & Conditions page.
