Terms & Conditions

The terms on which we operate this website and supply goods. Placing an order with us means you accept them.

Last updated: 19 September 2026  ·  Applies to relesh.in and all orders placed with SATYENDRA ARUN JOG HUF (trading as RELESH).

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of relesh.in and any supply of goods or services by SATYENDRA ARUN JOG HUF, trading as RELESH, registered office 504, 5th Floor, H Splendr, 56 Road, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, District Raigad, Maharashtra 410210, India.

By using this website, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Our products are for business use

RELESH supplies commercial kitchen and restaurant products intended for use by businesses - restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, hotels, caterers, canteens and similar operations. Equipment must be installed, operated and maintained by competent persons in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable safety, electrical, gas and food-safety regulations. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from installation or use that does not follow those instructions.

3. Website content

We take care to describe our products accurately, but the catalogue on this website is indicative. Product images, icons and illustrations are representative and not to scale. Specifications, dimensions, material grades, finishes and capacities may vary between production batches and are confirmed only in the written quotation we issue to you.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell. It is an invitation for you to request a quotation.

4. Quotations

  • Quotations are issued in writing and are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless the quotation itself states otherwise.
  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated to be inclusive.
  • Freight, insurance, unloading, installation and commissioning are charged separately unless the quotation states that they are included.
  • Prices may be revised before acceptance where there is a change in taxes, duties, raw material costs or foreign exchange rates. We will tell you before applying any revision.

5. Orders

A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice against your purchase order or written acceptance, and we have received any advance payment specified. Until that point, no order is binding on us.

We may decline or cancel an order, and refund any amount received, where the item is unavailable, where pricing or specification was published in error, or where we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent or non-compliant with law.

6. Minimum order quantities

Many items carry a minimum order quantity (MOQ), shown on the relevant product card and confirmed in the quotation. MOQs exist because goods are supplied at trade rates. Orders below MOQ may be accepted at revised pricing at our discretion.

7. Payment

  • First orders are supplied against 100% advance payment unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • For made-to-order, fabricated or custom-printed items, an advance of 50% to 100% is payable before production starts, as stated in the quotation.
  • Credit terms, where granted to repeat customers, are stated in the order confirmation and are subject to withdrawal.
  • Payment is by bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS), UPI or any other method we confirm in writing. Bank details are provided on our invoice - please verify them with us by phone before transferring funds.
  • Overdue invoices may attract interest at 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date, and we may suspend further supply until the account is cleared.

8. Delivery and risk

Delivery timelines given in a quotation are estimates made in good faith and are not guaranteed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address stated in the order, or to your nominated transporter, whichever is earlier. Title in the goods remains with RELESH until payment has been received in full.

9. Inspection and shortages

You must inspect the consignment at the time of delivery. Visible damage, shortage or a wrong item must be noted on the delivery challan and reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. Claims made after that window may not be accepted by the transporter or the manufacturer, and we cannot pass them on.

10. Warranty

  • Equipment carries the manufacturer's standard warranty, stated in the quotation - typically 12 months from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects.
  • Consumables, disposables, glassware, crockery and printed packaging are not covered by warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, unauthorised repair, voltage or gas-pressure fluctuation, corrosion from harsh chemicals, or use outside the rated duty of the equipment.
  • Warranty claims are handled by us with the manufacturer. Where a defect is confirmed, the remedy is repair, replacement of the defective part, or replacement of the item, at the manufacturer's option.

11. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RELESH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, spoilage of stock, or loss arising from kitchen downtime, however caused.

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruption, power or fuel shortages, changes in law, or acts of government.

14. Intellectual property

The RELESH name, logo, website design, text, layout and catalogue content are our property or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our prior written consent. Third-party brand names and trademarks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners.

15. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, not to introduce malicious code, and not to scrape or harvest its content by automated means without our consent.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Panvel and Raigad, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, subject to the dispute-resolution step below.

17. Disputes

If a dispute arises, please raise it with us first at [email protected]. We will try to resolve it within 30 days. If it cannot be resolved that way, it will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, conducted in English.

18. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
