This website, relesh.in, and the RELESH brand are operated by SATYENDRA ARUN JOG HUF, a Hindu Undivided Family with its registered office at 504, 5th Floor, H Splendr, 56 Road, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, District Raigad, Maharashtra 410210, India. In this policy, "RELESH", "we", "us" and "our" refer to this entity. "You" refers to anyone who visits this website or transacts with us.
We are the data fiduciary in respect of the personal data described below, and we handle it in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force.

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and to supply goods.

- Contact details - your name, business name, email address and phone number, submitted through our enquiry form or by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Requirement details - the products, quantities, specifications, delivery location and timelines you describe to us.
- Order and billing details - delivery address, billing address, GSTIN if you provide one, and purchase order references.
- Correspondence - the content of emails, messages and calls relating to a quotation or an order.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data - IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider in standard server logs and by any analytics tool we use.
We do not collect card numbers, UPI credentials, net-banking passwords or any other payment credentials on this website. Where payment is taken, it is handled directly by your bank or by a regulated payment provider.

5. Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the job you have asked us to do:
- Manufacturers and suppliers - where an item is made to order or shipped directly, they receive the details needed to produce and dispatch it.
- Transport and courier partners - name, delivery address and phone number, so the consignment can be delivered.

6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to 24 months so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Order, invoice and tax records are kept for at least eight financial years, as required under Indian tax and company law. After those periods, records are deleted or anonymised.
7. How we protect it
This website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry and order records is limited to the people in our business who need it. We keep our systems patched and use reputable hosting and email providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take these steps seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy of it;
- correct anything that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
- stop sending you marketing communications;
- withdraw a consent you previously gave, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
